Do you offer free consultations?

Yes. We offer an initial discovery conversation to understand your requirements, constraints and whether we're the right fit. There's no charge for this first discussion—it helps both sides decide if a formal proposal is worthwhile before you commit to a project.

What information should I provide?

The more context the better: what you're trying to achieve, who will use the system, any existing software or integrations, rough timelines and budget range. Screenshots, process notes or links to current systems are helpful. You don't need a full specification—we use discovery to shape that together.

Can you work with existing systems?

Yes. Most projects involve extending, integrating with or replacing parts of an existing stack—WooCommerce stores, CRMs, accounting tools, warehouses, internal databases and third-party APIs. We assess what's already in place before recommending architecture or migration steps.

Do you provide ongoing support?

Yes. Many clients work with us beyond launch for hosting, monitoring, maintenance, security updates and iterative improvements. We also operate platforms ourselves, so ongoing support is structured around production reliability—not ad-hoc ticket chasing.

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to acknowledge new enquiries within one to two UK business days. Complex requirements may need a little longer for an initial review before we suggest a discovery call. Urgent production issues are handled differently for existing clients with support agreements.

Can you sign NDAs?

Yes. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share sensitive commercial or technical information. Say so in your enquiry if you need one in place before the discovery call.
